The 282C is the perfect 2-dog e-collar system for basic obedience or field training, where you need a reduced size receiver/collar for a smaller dog. It is designed for dogs as small as 4.5 kg (10 pounds).

The 282C e-collar is packaged with the smallest ultra-compact receiver from Dogtra that offers low-mid stimulation from 0-127 levels at your fingertips. The 0-127 stimulation level is controlled by a Rheostat Dial, a patented technology from Dogtra to ensure a precise setting for every dog. The 282C is also available in the 1-dog system, 280C, to train a single dog.

This unit has been tested and has received a waterproof rating of IPX9K. The Ingress Protection (IP) rating classifies the level of protection provided by the exterior casing and electrical enclosures against a variety of elements. The 282C e-collar is a compact, intuitive remote training tool for mild-mannered dogs 10 pounds and up, allowing you to train two dogs simultaneously with one remote. Dedicated, color-coordinated buttons make programming each dog easy.

Training Essentials

With three simple training functions you can't go wrong. This e-collar has two different correction types. The first correction type is Nick (quick ½-second) and the second is a Constant correction (up to 12 seconds). The e-collar also has a HPP (High-Performance Pager) which offers a clear vibration to get your dog's attention while training. With this 2-dog set up users will have a coordinating function button for each dog.
