Return Policy

Customers may return parts or devices purchased from Dogtra Canada within 30 days from the date of
purchase for a refund. All products returned must include a proof of purchase, original packaging,
and all contents must be in “like-new” condition. After 60 days, the manufacturer’s warranty
applies for any defects or malfunctioning units.

  • Training Units and No Bark Collars must include all original package
    materials, manuals and accessories to qualify for a refund.


Refund amounts exclude shipping charges or any other add-on charges to and from your
location. Credits or refunds are issued within two weeks upon receiving your return and/or upon
inspection. Dogtra Canada cannot be responsible for items that are lost during transit when
being returned, therefore we recommend high-valued items to be returned with tracking and
insurance.

**All returns must include your name, billing address, and phone number. Customers must send
the serial numbers of all products to info@dogtra.ca and receive a confirmation from a
representative of Dogtra Canada for approval prior to shipping. Once approved, a
representative of Dogtra Canada will contact you for your payment information for
credit/refund after completion of the return process.

Return Policy only applies to customers that purchased parts and devices directly through Dogtra Canada either by phone or email.
